COVID-19 Update

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR STAY

Physical distancing is required by all our guests by staying at least six feet away from other guests and staff. The front desk has Plexiglass in place, and we require all guests to wait for their turn outside.

If we feel that anyone is not adhering to the guidelines during their stay, they will be asked to leave.

Pool, Courtyard, BBQs and mini golf are open. All guests must be healthy and are required to practice physical distancing when using these amenities.

For the pool, we will require guests to pick a time slot on arrival. This will be based on a first come first serve basis . The time slots will range from 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on occupancy. Pool towels are available at the front desk .

For the BBQ’s, these are available on first come first serve basis and it is highly recommended to bring your own utensils. We will no longer be providing the propane for the BBQ’s. If you require a cylinder, please advise the front desk for assistance. We kindly ask all guests to limit their time.

Our breakfast has been discontinued for now and will not be reopening for 2021. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. All rates have been priced accordingly and will not be further discounted.

SANITIZATION

We have increased the frequency of property-wide cleaning and disinfecting with significant focus on high-touch areas like doorknobs, remote control, and light switches.

All bed and bath linens are washed every day.

Our staff is required to wear gloves and masks.

Please ensure guests are not in the room when receiving room service. This is to prevent unnecessary interaction between guests and staff.

CANCELLATIONS

All reservations require 24 hours notice for cancellation. If you fail to cancel at least 24 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged for your entire stay.
